Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase for unused and unopened beauty products. For makeup and beauty services, we do not offer any refunds or exchanges. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for regular makeup sessions. Bridal Makeup cancellations must be 6 months in advance or you will lose your deposit.
